Vasefa Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vasefa online store and any purchase made through it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Store use
You must use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
Product information
We work to present product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect how colors appear. Product details may be corrected or updated when necessary.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, and any applicable duties are shown before payment when available. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

The Vasefa name, logo, product imagery, copy, graphics, and store design may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except where allowed by law.

The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the store. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
